Herewith I declare that I am fully authorized by the above mentioned Company / Business to order exhibition carpets as mentioned here above and will be LIABLE TO PAY THE ARRANGED PRICE for the carpets upon receipt of Invoice. I / we understand that NO carpets will be laid if proof of payment has not been received by EXPOsure Pursuit. I accept liability for the replacement (value) of Damaged or Stolen Carpets at R120 p/sqm. We understand that the carpets will be cleaned when it is laid. It will be my / our responsibility to keep the carpets clean during the exhibition. Special arrangements can be made with EXPOsure Pursuit for extra cleaning at an additional cost. Refunds are not negotiable.
Please ensure the court is available at the times specified above. If the court is not available at the specified time, an additional R150.00 fee is payable.
